Our story
Top Sellers Realty is based in the heart of Brisbane. The agency started with a focus on selling existing homes in local communities like Heathwood, Pallara, Forest Lake, Calamvale and Algester, and those suburbs are still the heart of the book. The director still lists and sells.
Selling those suburbs well rewards knowing a street rather than reading about it. We believe you are the most important part of our business, and the team is built around lasting relationships and real knowledge of the Brisbane market rather than the size of a territory.
When you call, someone in our office answers, and they know the homes we have on the market. The same team stays with you until your sale is finished.
Alongside those sales the agency works as a property aggregation service: access to new and off-market properties beyond what any one office sells, matched to what a buyer is actually trying to build. The agency also handles leasing and ongoing management, finding tenants and looking after properties for owners who keep what they buy. The aim has not changed: put the client first, and be judged on results.

Do you manage rentals as well as sell?
Yes. We do rental appraisals, leasing and ongoing management. We work out what your property rents for, find the tenant, and look after the property once someone moves in.

What does a property appraisal cost?
Nothing. The appraisal is free, and no listing is expected afterwards.
What happens at an appraisal?
We walk through your home and price it against what sold nearby in the last three months. You get a price range and those comparable sales in writing, and it commits you to nothing.
Do you sell house and land packages?
Yes, and packages are most of what we sell. We sell established homes as well, and some of those go to our buyer list without ever reaching the listing sites.
