Where the agency came from
Top Sellers Realty is based in Brisbane. Sukhbir Sodhi started it after selling real estate in Auckland, at Harcourts and then at Pakuranga & Howick Realty, and he still lists and sells here rather than running the office from behind a desk.
The work began where the agency lives, selling established homes in Heathwood, Pallara, Forest Lake, Calamvale, Algester, Greenbank and Ipswich. That is still what it is known for locally, and it is still the part of the business that runs on knowing a street rather than reading about it.
It has stayed boutique on purpose. An enquiry reaches the office rather than a call centre, and the agent who takes it is the one who stays on the file.
Alongside those sales the agency works as a property aggregation service, which means access to new and off-market stock beyond what any one office lists, matched to what a buyer is actually trying to build rather than to whatever a developer needs to move. Leasing and ongoing management run alongside, for the owners who keep what they buy.
The aim is to be known for integrity, innovation and putting the client first, and to be judged on whether that is true rather than on saying it.

What does a property appraisal cost?
Nothing. The appraisal is free, and no listing is expected afterwards.
What happens at an appraisal?
We walk through your home and price it against what sold nearby in the last three months. You get a price range and those comparable sales in writing, and it commits you to nothing.
Do you sell house and land packages?
Yes, and most of them are packages. We sell established homes as well, and some of those go to our buyer list without ever reaching a portal.
