Rental application
The application covers the property, you, your income and your references, and takes a few minutes. It is processed once your supporting documents are with us.
The documents: one of a driver's licence or passport, one of two months of pay slips or a Centrelink statement, and one of a rates notice, vehicle registration, utility bill or bank statement. Email copies to info@topsellersrealty.com.au or bring them to the sign-up appointment.
If you are approved, the bond and the first calendar month's rent secure the property within 48 hours of acceptance, pending a tenancy database check.
